Shipping Policy – U.S. Orders Only

Thank you for supporting Gooner’s Coloring Club! Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

Shipping Locations

We currently only ship within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received. Processing times may be extended during holidays or high-volume periods, but we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the size and destination of your order.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (weather, carrier delays, etc.).

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination within the U.S. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye out!

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at [your email/contact info]. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Gooner’s Coloring Club, we take pride in the quality and uniqueness of our products. Due to the intimate and personalized nature of what we offer, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you experience any issues with your order — such as receiving the wrong item, a damaged product, or a concern with quality — please don’t hesitate to reach out.
